Fees*

Early bird standard registration (inc. lunches Tuesday & Wednesday) - £160.00
Early bird student registration (inc. lunches Tuesday & Wednesday) - £80.00
Standard registration (inc. lunches Tuesday & Wednesday) - £185.00
Student registration (inc. lunches Tuesday & Wednesday) - £90.00

Conference dinner (Tuesday 11 September) - £45.00

Early bird rates are available until midnight BST on 30 June, after which the higher rates will apply.

 

Day delegate fees

Monday only (no lunch) - £50.00
Tuesday only (incl. lunch) - £85.00
Wednesday only (incl. lunch) - £85.00

There are no early bird or student rates available on day delegates.

 

*Delegates without a current institutional affiliation who wish to be considered for a fee waiver bursary (limited numbers), should contact the committee before the end of March 2018 by emailing c19hip@music.ox.ac.uk.

 

PLEASE NOTE: The conference fee includes daytime meals and coffee/tea breaks but not accommodation or dinners.

 

TRAVEL and ACCOMMODATION

ADDRESS: Faculty of Music, University of Oxford, St Aldate’s, Oxford, OX1 1DB

TRAVEL: There are direct buses from London Heathrow, Gatwick, Luton and Stanstead, to Oxford. Most buses will stop very near the Music Faculty. If traveiling by train you will want to alight at Oxford Station (OXF) not Oxford Parkway. From the train station to the Music Faculty is a 20 minute walk, 10 minute coach ride or 5 minute taxi. There is no parking at the Music Faculty. If driving, see below for parking lot and park&ride options.

ACCOMMODATION: Accommodation can be booked directly through standard sites such as uk.hotels.com, booking.com, airbnb.co.uk, etc. but delegates my also wish to look at:

PRACTICE ROOMS: The practice rooms at the Faculty of Music will be available for delegates to use during the conference.
